Chinatown Service Center-Community Health Center (CSC-CHC) is a multi-service organization with its main office located in Los Angeles Chinatown and branch offices in the San Gabriel Valley. Founded in 1971 and incorporated in 1975, CSC-CHC's mission is to provide outstanding multilingual and multicultural community services to immigrant and neighboring communities. CSC-CHC's Family Health Clinic was established in 1980 to provide primary, pre-natal, and family planning health services. To date, Chinatown Service Center-Community Health Center has evolved into a federally qualified health center, and provides a wide range of integrated health and human services including medical, dental, behavioral health, comprehensive case management, health education, youth and workforce development.
