CHAA South Alameda County serves children above age 5 years, teens and transitional age youth (16-25 years), adults, and older adults. Families are involved in treatment whenever possible and appropriate. While we specialize in serving Asian American and Pacific Islander populations that require services by a culturally similar provider, we do not limit our services to a particular group and we welcome all referrals. Language access is currently available in Fremont for persons speaking English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Hokkien, and Malay.
We accept referrals from the community and through our contracts with Alameda County, including MediCal and CalWorks. Please call our Fremont FRC phone line for additional. While many of our clients/families are covered by MediCal, we also have a sliding fee schedule and will make every attempt to arrange a fee that is affordable to all clients.
