CHAA's STEP/AHEAD Youth Center, located at 3718 Macdonald Avenue, in Richmond, houses CHAA's programming and services for adolescents and transitional-aged youth, including Southeast Asian Young Leaders (SEAYL), a youth development program for high school aged youth, STEP/AHEAD Adolescent Co-Occurring AOD/MH Treatment Program, for youth in West County Juvenile Drug Court and other youth ages 13-19 with AOD and/or co-occurring AOD/MH issues, and a community-based AOD Prevention program working with SEAYL and RYSE Youth Center youth in West County. While SEAYL is comprised of primarily Southeast Asian youth, STEP/AHEAD offers services and programming to diverse youth from West County. 

Hours of operation: Office hours are Monday-Friday: 10:00 am- 6:00pm and by arrangement.
